i put my magic boots, i ride my magic horse

so...aah i haven't had time for anything lately. only gap inc. keeps my company these days it seems. but, at least today is my glorious day off and i can blog, paint a bit(havent in ages it seems), and maybe even misbehave myself a little.;).


anyways... i'm getting my hair cut and it might be a bit drastic...but i probably won't admit it to myself until after the fact. i've been wanting bangs for forever now, ever since devil wears prada. but i saw a picture of nico from the velvet underground and now i NEED them. that lady was/is? fabulous by the way.





oh oh oh! i finally got my Soko cd. and let me tell you, it is absolutely wonderous. i love it. the title of my blog today are lyrics from the song Dandy Cowboys. you should, no you NEED to check her out. so just give the picture a little click dear.






and of course after all that excitment there has to be a tiny mishap. my person, my nana is leaving me for spain for 2 weeks. talk about a buzzkill. however i am sure she will buy me lovely gifts and that is all that matters. haha,just kidding slover.
mostly i just wish i could go with her and look at all the good looking european boys with the accents and the whole tall, dark, and handsome bit. but alas, i am stuck here in the windy city with noone to breathe on the phone with for hours upon end. sadface. at least i can live vicarously through her amazing pictures. :)
